Responsibilities

Our early childhood teachers are responsible for coordinating the daily operations of assigned classes. Teachers will plan, present, and evaluate educational and recreational activities for children in a safe environment and work directly with children and parents daily to provide quality customer service.

• Feel comfortable and safe working in our brand-new, clean, state-of-the-art facilities with added health and safety equipment and guidelines.

• Feel a sense of accomplishment as you hear the laughter and experience the wonder of children participating in activities that you planned.

• Observe children’s interests and work with other teachers to develop creative ideas for a fun and engaging curriculum.

• Communicate with parents daily, sharing their children’s latest adventures and achievements through a variety of avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions.

• Engage with other early childhood professionals and continue to grow in your profession.

Qualifications

Preferred:

• Associate or Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education or related field (Preferred).

• Child Development Associate (Preferred).

• 3+ years of early childhood education experience (Preferred).

Required:

• Has knowledge of childcare programming, safety and emergency first-aid procedures, program management, and customer service principles.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Develops relationships with children, parents, and faculty members. Demonstrates positive attitude with all interactions.

• Has successfully completed state-required pre-service training.

• Meets background check eligibility.

• Works productively without supervision within established organizational policies and procedures.

• Is highly motivated and takes direction well with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Is dependable, adaptable, and enjoys working in teams.
