Culinary Carver: Premium Meat Carving & Guest Service

Compass Group USA is hiring a Culinary Carver for Bears game day events in Chicago. You will carve and present premium meats at carving stations, ensure portions, food safety, and deliver engaging guest service in a fast-paced event setting. Set up and maintain stations, restock from the main kitchen, interact with guests, keep workstations clean, and follow safety procedures.
