Packaging Production Designer

Packaging Production Designer Location: El Segundo, CA Contract: 3+ months with extension (W2) Pay range: $40 - $41/hr Overview Urban Decays mission is simple: bring back makeup that performs‑products that last, shades that speak, and finishes that do the most. Responsibilities Reporting in to Director, Packaging Responsible for concepting, designing, and developing packaging and component solutions for luxe beauty brand, taking them from sketches and materials through production‑ready artwork Leading creative collaboration with Marketing, Product Development, and cross‑functional teams to ensure designs are executable and aligned with brand needs Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment Create production ready artwork for primary and secondary packaging with regard to established brand packaging charter Manage all creative packaging assets and communications, organize and maintain libraries of assets and design files, including establishing appropriate naming convention for files for storage and archiving including fonts, icons, images, templates, tutorials, etc. Stay up to date on luxury beauty industry trends by conducting research and competitive analysis, and contribute to the development of fresh content ideas and strategic initiatives that support innovation and creative excellence Work closely with vendors and production partners to refine designs and ensure luxury quality and feasibility Qualifications Degree in Graphic Design and/or equivalent experience will be considered Beauty and/or luxury industry experience preferred Experience with market research and product placement advertising Proven experience working as a packaging designer Experience in web development, digital marketing, and project management tools Ability to work within an established brand guideline #J-18808-Ljbffr ManpowerGroup Global, Inc.
