Location: Downey, CA Shift: 1st Hourly Pay Range: $20.00-$20.69/hr Employment Type: Full Time Schedule: 6am-2:30pm Job Summary: The Cleanroom Production Technician I is responsible for the entire receiving, pre-clean, packaging, and shipping of all large and heavy component jobs in the cleanroom. This position would be responsible for disassembling and assembling parts based off customer specifications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ability to perform all aspects of the cleaning process including but not limited to: pre-clean, lab assistance, packaging, shipping & receiving
• Receive and inspect all parts for large and heavy component jobs
• Handle solvent
• Coordinate with Shipping and Receiving Department
• Collaborate with the Lab Department
• Upkeep of LLC Area to cleanroom standards
• Disassemble/assemble parts based off schematics
• Assist with customer audits and visits
• Use and maintain calibrated equipment
• Analyze and implement projects in compliance with U.S. Export Control Laws.
• Assist other technicians and departments as needed
• Compliant with all training, quality, compliance and safety policies, practices and procedures
• All other responsibilities assigned by Lead or Manager

Requirements:

• Education/Training/Certifications: High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Related Experience: 1 year of manufacturing and/or cleanroom experience.
• Overtime: Willing and able to work overtime, including holidays, weekends
• Ability to read and understand work instructions from Production Management System (ICMS), documents, correspondence and memos.
• Effective communication skills which include verbal and written in English
• Ability to wear a respirator as needed
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to perform basic mathematical functions.
• Moderate computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
