Role Description The Retail Support Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Vancouver, WA. This role provides day-to-day support to retail partners, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth experience with DSI’s products, services, and systems. Responsibilities include handling customer and dealer support requests, assisting with order processing, troubleshooting basic technical and system-related issues, and coordinating with internal teams such as sales, logistics, and technical support. The specialist will maintain accurate records of interactions, follow up on open cases, and communicate updates clearly and promptly. This team member is expected to contribute to continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues and suggesting process enhancements. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Customer Support and Communication skills to handle inquiries professionally and build productive relationships with retailers and internal stakeholders. Candidates should possess solid Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to address basic system, order, and product-related issues and elevate complex problems effectively. Candidates should possess Applied Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends in support requests, and help improve processes and service quality. Relevant experience in retail operations, sales support, or a similar customer‑facing role is beneficial. Ability to work on-site in Vancouver, WA, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency with common office software and CRM or ticketing systems is preferred.
