Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift

Production Supervisor – 2nd Shift Location: Fort Worth, TX (new facility). Responsibilities Key driver of daily production related processes and hub of information transfer between hourly assembly workforce, management, engineering, quality control, purchasing, and planning. Improve safety for all personnel working in and around the production line; drive efforts and initiatives to reduce production errors, improve product quality, and increase efficiency. Handle production schedule, assign personnel to work areas, supervise progress, coordinate and document training of personnel, drive continuous improvement projects, and conduct annual employee performance evaluations. Maintain working relationships with local union by following the collective bargaining agreement. Support digitalization efforts to implement tools such as Digital Work Instructions, Operator Displays, Performance/Status Dashboards, and other connecting tools. Basic Qualifications 2+ years of successful experience in an Assembly/Manufacturing environment. Project Management experience; strong leadership and time management skills; understanding of management approaches for work direction, motivation, talent development, and performance management. Proficient in Microsoft Office products. Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship. Preferred Qualifications Lean Manufacturing techniques. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent). Ability to interpret engineering drawings and schematics.
