Lead Agilist

Do you thrive on building empowered, self-organizing teams? We're seeking a Lead Agilist to guide Agile squads, mentor stakeholders at all levels, and help deliver business value by promoting Scrum best practices, team effectiveness, and cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities: Guide Agile Squads in applying Scrum principles and facilitate key Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement. Coach Product Owners and Development Teams on backlog management, self-organization, continuous improvement, cross-functionality, risk identification, dependency management, and conflict resolution. Identify and remove organizational and team-level impediments while facilitating communication and collaboration across Agile Squads, stakeholders, and organizational partners. Build high-performing, trusting teams by leveraging feedback, metrics, inspect-and-adapt practices, servant leadership, and other Agile frameworks and techniques. Qualifications: 5+ years of full-time business experience with 3+ years of Scrum experience in an Agile environment. Strong understanding of the Scrum framework and Agile principles, including experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and continuous improvement practices. Proven experience presenting, teaching, mentoring, coaching, and facilitating at multiple levels of an organization, particularly within team environments. Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts and guide teams toward effective solutions. Demonstrated ability to identify, communicate, and remove team and organizational impediments while navigating interpersonal and organizational conflicts. Strong servant-leadership, coaching, collaboration, and team-building skills, with a focus on fostering self-organization and continuous improvement. Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a directly related field, or equivalent work experience; familiarity with Kanban, Scrumban, XP, CI/CD, DevOps, and other Agile practices is a plus.
