Position Warehouse Employee (Full-Time) Schedule 7:00 AM - 03:30 PM

5:00 AM-01:30 AM

06:00 AM -02:30 PM

Monday through Friday Overtime, weekends, and holiday shifts may be required based on operational needs. Location Monroe Township, New Jersey Compensation $17.00 - $25.00 per hour (Base + Production Pay Structure) In addition to hourly pay, employees earn production-based incentives tied directly to performance, including unloading and loading trailers. Handling packages, pallets, and freight using warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.). Earning production pay based on trailer loading and unloading performance. Picking, packing, sorting, and staging products for shipment. Reading labels, load sheets, and work instructions accurately. Maintaining accuracy, speed, and attention to detail in all tasks. Supporting inventory organization and general warehouse operations. Following all safety guidelines and OSHA standards at all times. Helping maintain a clean, organized, and productive warehouse environment. Qualifications Warehouse experience preferred but not required (we train the right candidates). Experience with pallet jacks or forklifts is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment. Strong attention to detail and reliability. Basic math and communication skills. Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and flexible shifts as needed. Must pass background check and drug screening. Physical Requirements Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 70 lbs. Constant standing, walking, bending, and movement throughout the shift. Ability to work in varying warehouse conditions (hot/cold environments).
