Our organization is in search of a board-certified or eligible OBGYN Physician to join our team at the regional Women's Health practice, dedicated to serving the coastal communities of Maine. The ideal candidate will collaborate with experienced providers and supportive staff, fostering a positive work environment. The Women's Health office in our region offers a variety of services, including care for pregnancy, counseling for conception and infertility, as well as comprehensive care during and after pregnancy. We also provide gynecological services, addressing issues such as abnormal bleeding, fibroids, and endometriosis.

Additionally, our team offers family planning services, including counseling and prescriptions for birth control. Preventive care is a priority, encompassing annual physical exams, screenings for breast and cervical cancer, and testing and treatment for sexually transmitted infections. We also assist with menstrual issues, perimenopause and menopause management, breastfeeding support, incontinence treatment, and sexual health counseling.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree from an accredited medical institution.
• Possession of an active and unrestricted medical license in the State of Maine, or the ability to obtain one prior to starting employment.
• Board Certification or Eligibility.
• Active and unrestricted DEA license, or the ability to secure one before employment begins.
