Job Summary: Tryfacta is seeking a School LVN / LPN for our client in Spanaway, WA 98387. This is a 42-week contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested. Position Title: School LVN / LPN Location: Spanaway, WA 98387 Duration: 42 weeks (Possible extension) Work Schedule: Day 5x7-Hour (07:00 - 14:30) Hours: 35 Pay rate: 40-47$/hr. Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to: Provide direct nursing care to medically fragile students. Work in a single classroom throughout the school day. Administer medications and treatments as ordered. Monitor student health status and respond to medical needs. Assist with feeding, mobility, toileting, and other activities of daily living as needed. Maintain accurate nursing documentation and health records. Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and healthcare providers. Support emergency response and student safety procedures. To be considered for this position, you should have: [Skills, Education, or Experience] Active Washington State LPN/LVN license required prior to start date. Pediatric, school, special education, or medically fragile student experience preferred. Current BLS certification preferred. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
