The Aesthetic Nurse Injector will work primarily in a medical spa and physician office setting, providing expert cosmetic injection treatments. This role offers a combination of independent decision-making and collaboration with physicians to deliver personalized patient care. The nurse injector will manage daily patient consultations, develop treatment plans, administer injections, and conduct weekly follow-ups while occasionally mentoring junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients to determine appropriate aesthetic treatments
• Administer botulinum toxin and dermal filler injections safely and effectively
• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians
• Conduct thorough client consultations and educate patients on procedures and aftercare
• Follow strict sterilization procedures and infection control protocols
• Monitor for and manage any adverse reactions during and after treatments
• Maintain detailed patient records and treatment documentation
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Provide occasional mentoring and training to junior nursing staff

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in aesthetic nursing
• Nursing Degree (RN) and active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Proficiency in botulinum toxin injections and dermal fillers
• Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and patient assessment
• Expertise in infection control and safety protocols
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Customer service orientation and patient-focused approach
