You'll inherit an established operation with strong customers, experienced employees, and a solid Department Manager already in place. Your job is to elevate it.

About 70% of your focus will be leading the business-developing your team, improving operations, coaching leaders, reviewing financial performance, and creating accountability.

The other 30% will be spent growing the business-strengthening customer relationships, expanding existing accounts, identifying new opportunities, and helping Redi continue to grow throughout Idaho.

You Won't Be on an Island

While this role requires a high level of ownership and independence, you won't be left to figure everything out yourself.

You'll receive consistent support from regional leadership through weekly coaching, business reviews, operational planning, financial reviews, and leadership development.

You'll have direct access to experienced executives who are deeply invested in helping Area Managers succeed.
