What You'll Do

As an In-Home Sales Consultant, you'll meet directly with homeowners who have expressed interest in improving their homes.

You'll take the lead during the consultation—learning about the homeowner's needs, identifying the right solution, presenting options, answering questions, overcoming objections, and helping the customer confidently move forward.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting professional in-home sales consultations
• Building rapport and establishing trust with homeowners
• Identifying customer needs through effective questions and active listening
• Presenting customized window, bathroom, and kitchen remodeling solutions
• Delivering a structured and proven sales presentation
• Educating homeowners on product, project, and financing options
• Confidently addressing questions and overcoming objections
• Asking for the sale and closing business
• Following up appropriately with prospective customers
• Maintaining accurate appointment and customer records
• Managing your schedule and arriving prepared for appointments
• Consistently working toward individual sales and performance goals
• Participating in ongoing sales training and coaching
• Following proven company processes while bringing your own personality to each consultation

Schedule & Expectations

This is a full-time, appointment-based sales position.

Company-provided appointments are typically scheduled around:

10:00 AM
2:00 PM
6:00 PM

Because our Sales Consultants meet homeowners when they're available, evening and Saturday availability is required.

Your schedule will vary based on appointment volume and customer availability.
