The Horsham Center for Jewish Life is looking for Occupational Therapists  to join our wonderful therapy team!

Located in beautiful  North Wales, PA , our facility contains 270 long-term care beds, 54 short-term rehabilitation beds, and 48 apartments in our personal care unit.

Job Type: Full Time, Part time, PRN

 

The Occupational Therapist works under the leadership of our Director of Rehabilitation.

Occupational Therapist Job Responsibilities:

• The Occupational Therapist will provide therapy to our residents throughout our facility.

• Occupational Therapists will provide comprehensive treatment plans including long-term and short-term goals, frequency, duration, and treatment modalities.

• Occupational Therapists will provide comprehensive treatments to patients utilizing modalities and modify treatment plans as indicated, while adhering to precautions.

• Occupational Therapist will participate in developing and implementation of resident assessments and care plans. 

• Occupational Therapist will work with an interdisciplinary team to improve residents' quality of life by providing optimal care and address care plans.

Education/Experience

• Must be a graduate of an accredited college with a B.S., Doctorate, MA, or MS in Occupational Therapy that AOTA recognizes.

• Must provide current license and/or registration as Occupational Therapist.

• Experience with the geriatric population is preferred.
