Key Responsibilities Greet customers, run the register, cashier, make purchase suggestions. Work with our food program and other store areas to maintain high standards for store appearance. Provide fast and friendly service to customers. Maintain regular and predictable onsite attendance. Interact with many customers daily while collaborating with a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily tasks. Essential Qualifications Selling products to customers. Providing excellent customer care. Communication and friendly conversation skills. Ability to work at a quick pace while having fun. Team‑working ability to accomplish daily goals. Problem‑solving and quick thinking. Preferred Qualifications Retail and customer service experience. Sales associate or cashiering experience. High school diploma or equivalent. Motivation to advance in your career. Willingness to learn and have fun. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and/or walk up to 8 hours. Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes per shift. Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level. Push or pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds. Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour per shift. Grasp, reach and manipulate objects with hands; may require climbing a ladder to store or retrieve materials or signs. Compensation Hiring Range: $11.00 to $13.00 per hour.
