Pharmacy Technician - Part Time (32 hours/week)

Pharmacy Technicians work closely with Pharmacy and ancillary healthcare staff to prepare and distribute patient specific medications and medications stocked within Pyxis throughout KVH owned facilities. The Pharmacy technician will be supervised by the Staff Pharmacist and Pharmacy director.

Qualifications

What is required...

• Current Washington State Technician License
• High school degree or equivalent

What is preferred...

• CPhT National Certification
• 1 year previous experience in a hospital pharmacy
• CPR card (maintenance not required)
• Previous experience with IV Admixture
• Previous experience with Pyxis and CII Safe

Additional Information

Wage: Wage range currently starts at $21.91/hour and goes up to $33.22/hour. Actual wage will be based on years' of applicable experience. Shift differentials may apply; Evening (3p - 11p) = $2.25/hour, Night (11p - 7a) = $3.10/hour, Weekends = $3.00/hour.

FTE: 1.0 = 40 hours/week
