Senior Business Analyst | Midvale, UT

Are you an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Loan Origination Systems? Nexeo Staffing is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a large-scale Loan Origination System implementation within a commercial lending environment. This role will lead UAT efforts, document and improve business processes, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a successful system deployment. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing testing activities while driving business readiness and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, preparation, execution, defect tracking, and sign-off activities.
• Develop comprehensive test scenarios and test cases based on business requirements and system specifications.
• Coordinate and support business users and testers throughout the UAT lifecycle.
• Facilitate defect triage meetings and collaborate with project teams to drive issue resolution.
• Monitor and report testing progress, risks, issues, and project dependencies.
• Analyze, document, and map current-state and future-state business processes.
• Identify process gaps, operational impacts, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support user readiness activities, system access coordination, and change management efforts.
• Partner with business stakeholders, project managers, trainers, and process owners to ensure implementation success.
• Provide recommendations that enhance business operations, system functionality, and user adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting technology implementations.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience leading or coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Experience with Loan Origination System implementations, upgrades, conversions, or testing initiatives.
• Strong experience creating test plans, test cases, and process documentation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have Loan Origination System experience.
• Must be able to work primarily on-site in Midvale, Utah.
• Must be comfortable working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Preferred:
    • Experience with commercial lending, commercial banking, underwriting, credit, or loan operations.
    • Experience with nCino, Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies.

Pay

$47.00 per hour

Schedule

Full Time | Day Shift | Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
