Schedule : Full-Time; schedule may vary based on production needs
Overtime: Overtime and Saturday work may be required
Pay Rate : $16.00+ per hour
Location : Wilmington , OH
Material Handler Requirements/Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
  
• Forklift certification required
  
• Previous warehouse, material handling, or manufacturing experience preferred
  
• Basic computer skills required
  
• Ability to perform basic math including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and decimals
  
• Ability to work overtime and Saturdays as scheduled
  
• Ability to lift, move, and transport materials throughout the shift
  
• Reliable attendance and stable work history preferred
  

• Loading, unloading, and moving materials throughout the facility
  
• Reading shop packets, bills of lading, and work instructions to determine material movement requirements
  
• Loading materials onto pallets, racks, shelves, and delivery vehicles
  
• Transporting materials between storage locations and production areas
  
• Operating forklifts and other material handling equipment safely
  
• Preparing materials for outside processing and services
  
• Communicating with purchasing and engineering teams regarding material needs
  
• Maintaining accurate inventory and shipping documentation
