Job Description

As a Production Associate, you will have a big impact on packaging high quality adhesives, perform safety and quality inspection, and assisting to ensure all products are shipped out accurately. 

Responsibilities:

• Run machinery to produce various tapes
• Perform QC checks and monitor production
• Pack tape products
• Prepare and fold boxes
• Keep work area clean and organized

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Excellent manual dexterity
• Organizational skills
• Basic math and computer skills
• Lift up to 50lbs
• Team Player

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position is $16.50 not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth
