Walmart International Tech builds eCommerce platforms serving millions worldwide. The Technical Program Management team plays a key role in delivering impactful solutions that enhance customer experience and support business growth. Operating from Sunnyvale and the India Development Center, the team applies disciplined program management to coordinate complex initiatives. Collaborating closely with engineering and product teams, they ensure seamless execution, drive process improvements, and manage cross-functional dependencies. The team emphasizes clear communication, strategic planning, and continuous innovation to deliver scalable, high-quality technology solutions aligned with Walmart’s global goals.

What you'll bring:

• Bachelor’sdegreeinComputerScience,Engineering,orarelatedfield,orequivalentexperience.
• 7+yearsofTechnicalProgramManagementexperienceleadingsoftwaredeliveryprogramswithsignificantbusinessimpact.
• Expertiseinprogrammanagement,Agilemethodologies,riskmanagement,stakeholderengagement,andcross-functionalexecution.
• StrongtechnicalfoundationinSDLC,systemarchitecture,cloudinfrastructure,APIs,andscalableplatformdesign.
• ExperienceleadingSearch,Personalization,RecommendationSystems,andAI/MLinitiatives,includingrelevance,ranking,experimentation,anduseranalytics.
• ProvenabilitytopartnerwithProduct,Engineering,Design,andOperationsteamstodelivertechnicalsolutions.
• Stronganalytical,communication,andproblem-solvingskillswithadata-drivenapproach.
• ProficiencywithJira,JiraAlign,BigPicture,andrelatedprogrammanagementtools.

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $286,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...
