Lead LPN | Nursing Supervisor
WINTERHAVEN in
WINTERHAVEN is seeking an LPN/LVN or registered nurse to lead the nursing team in providing direct care to residents. You will supervise nursing assistants, ensure adherence to policies, and coordinate with the Director of Nursing Services to maintain high-quality resident care.
The role emphasizes leadership, charting accuracy, and participation in quality assurance and facility surveys. Strong communication with residents, families, and other departments is essential.
