The Vehicle Detailer is an essential member of the detailing team responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of vehicles. Reporting to the Workshop or Service Manager, this role involves using specialized detailing equipment and standard cleaning tools to ensure vehicles meet high standards of care without requiring travel to other locations.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough vehicle cleaning
- Detail vehicle interiors meticulously
- Polish exterior surfaces for shine and protection
- Vacuum vehicle interiors effectively
- Clean windows and glass surfaces
- Apply waxing treatments to protect paint
- Care for tires and wheels ensuring a clean finish
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in automotive detailing
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of automotive detailing and surface cleaning techniques
- Experience with paint protection application
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks
- Ability to work effectively within a team
