Summary:

The Customer Service Representative plays a key role as an Inside Support Specialist, providing timely and effective support to internal team members and the sales department. This position is responsible for assisting with day-to-day coordination, communication, and administrative support to help operations run efficiently.

This role also serves as a welcoming first point of contact for walk-in customers and inbound inquiries by delivering friendly, professional, and solution-oriented customer service.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoys supporting others in a fast-paced team environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary internal contact for sales and operations team members, providing dedicated support.
• Assist the sales team in preparing new estimates and processing internal documentation.
• Follow up on open estimates during periods of low call volume.
• Answer and field all incoming phone calls, accurately transferring calls to the appropriate department or individual.
• Book appointments and schedule calls in the company system.
  

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Energetic personality with a strong preference and enthusiasm for providing internal team support.
• 1+ years of experience in a customer service role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Technology.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Training:

• Our internal system provides comprehensive training to ensure proficiency.

• Additionally, specialized training on industry-specific terminology is offered to enhance our ability to serve and respond to calls effectively.

Benefits:

• Competitive salary starting at $23-$27 per hour. D.O.E. 
• Performance-based raises after six months

Hours:

• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with a one-hour lunch break staggered with other customer service representatives.
