About the Opportunity

Abbeyville Family Medicine, located in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, is seeking a full-time, board certified or board eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our growing team.

• Join a dynamic practice made up of 9 Physicians and 3 Advanced Practice Providers
• Collaborative care model that includes patient goal setting, care coordination, and referral assistance

Key Responsibilities

Qualified individuals must be able (with or without reasonable accommodation) to:

• Evaluate and consult with patients to establish care plans
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Monitor lab results, medication adherence, and toxicity
• Administer/prescribe treatments, therapies, and vaccines
• Discuss procedures, diagnoses, and treatment plans with patients
• Collaborate with nurses, social workers, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals
• Refer patients to specialists when appropriate

Minimum Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Family Medicine Residency
