Metroplex Gymnastics, a family-owned business with nearly 50 years of history, is looking for a Front Office Team Member to join our dedicated team. As we expand and open our second location in the Celina area , we are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Front Office Team Member to be the face of our facility and provide exceptional service to our families and guests. If you’re organized, friendly, and ready to make a difference, we’d love to hear from you!
What You'll Do as a Front Office Team MemberAs the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring each family’s experience is positive and seamless. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting families and children with a warm, friendly attitude.
- Assisting with inquiries about classes, schedules, and programs.
- Managing phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintaining organized records and handling administrative tasks.
- Supporting the team to ensure the front office runs smoothly.
What We're Looking ForWe’re seeking a team member who brings:
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or administrative role.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- A friendly, approachable demeanor and a passion for working with families.
- The ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment.
