Reporting to the Solutions Consultant, we are looking for an experienced Solutions Consultant to join our team.

About the Role

The Solutions Consultant supports enterprise sales opportunities across Medisolv's quality measurement and analytics platform through solution consulting, clinical and technical discovery, product demonstrations, proposal development, and solution design.

This role serves as a trusted advisor to prospective hospital and ambulatory customers, helping healthcare organizations understand how Medisolv's ENCOR platform, quality reporting solutions, Analytics, and AI-enabled tools can address clinical, quality, compliance, and operational objectives across CMS, The Joint Commission, and other value-based care reporting programs.

You'll partner closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to drive successful outcomes throughout the sales cycle.

The ideal candidate combines strong healthcare quality and clinical acumen, exceptional presentation skills, and the ability to translate complex regulatory and quality reporting requirements into practical, demonstrable solutions for inpatient and ambulatory customers.

What You'll Do

• Partner with Account Executives to support strategic sales opportunities for Medisolv's inpatient and ambulatory quality reporting, Analytics, and AI solutions
• Lead and participate in customer discovery sessions with quality, clinical, informatics, and compliance stakeholders
• Gather, document, and validate clinical, quality reporting, operational, and technical requirements, including eCQM, CQM, and core measure workflows
• Develop solution strategies aligned with customer goals across CMS Hospital IQR, Medicare Promoting Interoperability, MIPS, HEDIS, and other applicable quality programs
• Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the evaluation process for both inpatient and ambulatory prospects

Product Demonstrations

• Deliver compelling, tailored demonstrations of ENCOR, Medisolv's Analytics solution, and AI-enabled tools to executive, quality, clinical, and technical audiences
• Demonstrate core measures, eCQM, and CQM reporting workflows for both inpatient and ambulatory settings
• Showcase AI-powered patient engagement tools and AI capabilities for registries and chart-abstracted measures
• Build and maintain demonstration environments that reflect real-world hospital and ambulatory customer scenarios
• Develop reusable demonstration scripts, workflows, and sales assets aligned to quality reporting use cases
• Support proof-of-concept and pilot activities when required

Solution Design & Technical Consulting

• Translate customer quality reporting and data requirements into recommended Medisolv solution approaches
• Support conversations on integration, interoperability, EHR data exchange, API connectivity, and technical architecture as needed
• Collaborate with Solution Engineering and Product teams to validate requirements and solution feasibility
• Assist customers in understanding system capabilities, implementation considerations, and quality reporting best practices

RFP & Proposal Management

• Assist in completing responses to Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs)
• Maintain and improve proposal content libraries and response repositories specific to Medisolv's quality and analytics offerings
• Coordinate responses across teams as needed, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality submissions

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Share market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence on healthcare quality reporting trends with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams
• Contribute to sales enablement programs and best practices
• Mentor newer team members as the Solutions Consulting organization grows
• Identify opportunities to improve pre-sales processes, tools, and efficiency

What You'll Accomplish — Your Performance Objectives

In your first 30 days, you will:

Onboard and build immersion in Medisolv's ENCOR platform, Analytics and AI-enabled tools, and core quality reporting programs (CMS Hospital IQR, MIPS, HEDIS, and others). You'll shadow discovery calls and demos, and begin learning the sales process alongside Account Executives.

In your first 60 days, you will:

Begin independently leading discovery sessions and delivering tailored product demonstrations for inpatient and ambulatory prospects, with support from Sales and Product teams as you build fluency across the platform.

In your first 90 days, you will:

Fully own solution consulting for assigned sales opportunities — leading discovery, demonstrations, and solution design end-to-end, while contributing to RFP responses and sales enablement content.

Who We're Looking For — The Competencies That Matter

Required

• 5+ years of experience in SaaS pre-sales, solutions consulting, solutions engineering, healthcare technology, or enterprise software
• Demonstrated experience conducting executive-level and clinical software demonstrations
• Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles and complex evaluations, ideally within hospital or ambulatory quality reporting
• Experience responding to RFPs, RFIs, and due diligence requests
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work remotely and travel as needed for customer meetings, conferences, and internal team events

Preferred

• Clinical background (e.g., RN) or direct experience with hospital quality reporting, core measures, eCQMs, CQMs, or chart abstraction
• Experience with EMR, EHR, healthcare IT, or clinical quality reporting software platforms
• Understanding of CMS quality reporting programs, The Joint Commission requirements, and other healthcare regulatory and compliance considerations
• Familiarity with AI-enabled patient engagement tools or AI applications for registries and chart-abstracted measures
• Experience working within a high-growth SaaS environment
