We are looking for a seasoned, high‑producing Mortgage Loan Officer seeking more than just a typical desk job and compensation plan. This unique partnership opportunity invites an MLO to deliver exceptional production results, expand and lead a thriving branch, and become the preferred lending partner for a top‑performing real estate sales team with steady buyer and seller activity. Responsibilities Originate and close residential mortgage loans with excellence and speed. Serve as the primary mortgage partner for our real estate sales team’s inbound leads. Collaborate closely with agents to convert, pre‑approve, and close buyers. Build, grow, and eventually lead a branch or production pod. Maintain strong referral relationships with agents, builders, and partners. Deliver a best‑in‑class borrower experience from pre‑approval to closing. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Platz Group
