What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional care to critical care patients in a 20-bed unit
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document all patient care activities accurately and thoroughly
• Ensure patient safety and comfort according to hospital protocols
• Adhere to facility dress code and infection control policies

What You Need:

• Valid Massachusetts RN license
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a critical care setting
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment

About the Assignment:

This assignment is at a reputable facility in Pittsfield, Massachusetts, where you'll support a dedicated team in delivering high-quality critical care. The unit is small and focused, with a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:2, fostering an intimate and collaborative work environment. You'll be expected to work day shifts with no block scheduling available.
