The Scientist is an integral part of our Quality team based out of our US - State College, PA site. Compensation range for this position is $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 Position Purpose Responsible for conducting sample preparation and instrumental analysis. Key Responsibilities Produces quality data in an efficient manner May review data produced by other scientists Participates in investigations Follows company safety procedures Completes assigned training events on time Key Competencies Required Technical: Demonstrated strong expertise in at least one analytical technique Attention to detail Ability to follow a procedure as written repeatedly Ability to handle samples in a safe and cGMP compliant manner Business: Exercises good decision making needed to manage multiple tasks General knowledge of the animal feed business and animal health market Personal: Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
