Production Operator

Production Operator 12-Hour Rotating Shifts (2/2/3 Schedule) $19.50 per Hour We're looking for motivated individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and are eager to develop their technical skills. This role is responsible for operating, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining automated production equipment while ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality operations.Schedule 2/2/3 rotating schedule 12-hour shifts Day and night rotations Shift hours: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Includes a 30-minute break What You'll DoOperate and monitor production equipment on the Customization Lines.Perform basic equipment troubleshooting, jam clearing, and fault correction.Conduct Clean, Inspect, and Lubricate (CIL) tasks on production equipment.Maintain equipment cleanliness and support operational efficiency.Accurately complete production records and documentation.Follow all safety procedures and quality standards.Operate essential material handling equipment as required.Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.QualificationsMust be 18 years of age or older .High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.Ability and willingness to work a rotating shift schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including: Safety glassesHearing protectionSafety shoesPreferred SkillsWe believe the following skills will help you succeed in this role:Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.Willingness to learn manufacturing processes and automated equipment operation.Experience operating, maintaining, and cleaning production machinery.Strong technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills.Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.Experience operating material handling equipment in a manufacturing environment.Physical RequirementsUse basic hand tools and power tools.Lift up to 50 pounds using proper lifting techniques.Frequently bend, stoop, twist, turn, and reach.Climb and work on stairs, ladders, and elevated platforms.Stand and walk on concrete floors for extended periods throughout the shift.Why Join Us?Competitive starting pay of $19.50/hour Consistent full-time scheduleHands-on manufacturing experience with a leading consumer products operationOpportunities to develop technical and equipment operation skillsSafety-focused and team-oriented work environmentReady to start your manufacturing career?
