Travel Registered Nurse (RN) - CVOR
We are seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) procedures. This is a 13-week contract opportunity with an immediate start date.
Responsibilities
- Circulate complex cardiovascular and thoracic cases, including but not limited to:
- Coronary Artery Bypass Graft (CABG)
- Aortic Valve Replacement (AVR)
- Mitral Valve Replacement (MVR)
- Ascending Aortic Aneurysms
- Aortic Root Replacements
- Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm Repairs
- Femoral-Popliteal Bypass
- Carotid Endarterectomy
- AV Fistula
- Impella Placement
- Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation (ECMO) Cases
- Thoracotomy
- Ventricular Assist Devices
- Robotic Thoracotomy
- Maintain a patient ratio of 1:1 in the operating room.
- Participate in on-call rotations as required.
Shift Information
Shifts are scheduled during the day, from 06:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Qualifications
- Current RN licensure in Indiana.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in a cardiovascular surgery setting.
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR), specifically Cerner.
Unit Information
The operating room consists of 4 suites, equipped for advanced cardiovascular and thoracic surgical procedures. Scrubs are provided by the facility.

This position is located in Indiana.
