Assistant Manager

Assistant to HTGSS Policies and Procedures

This role involves overseeing financial tasks, including various accounting and settlement issues for multiple factories. The position requires managing monthly book closing, account management, reviewing transactions, and responding to audits, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP, and collaborating with a Korean Parent Company for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Accounting and Finance operations.
• Handle all company tax-related issues.
• Perform day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
• Conduct cost accounting analysis.
• Conduct monthly financial close processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Assist with audit processes and respond to auditor inquiries.
• Recommend benchmarks for measuring financial and operating performance of divisions and departments.
• Manage the preparation of the official annual report on actual revenues and expenses.
• Prepare financial outlooks and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal budgetary reporting requirements.
• Develop internal control policies, guidelines, and procedures for budget administration, cash and credit management, and accounting.
• Report to the Finance Manager.

Work Environment

The role operates on a first shift from 6:30 am to 4:00 pm. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
