Lincoln Trail Behavioral Health System has a spacious cafeteria, gymnasium, art/activity room, group rooms, classrooms and other areas to create a pleasant atmosphere for patients and their families. Lincoln Trail Behavioral Health System’s quality services are provided by psychiatrists, addictionologists , licensed therapists, certified alcohol and drug counselors, activity therapists and teachers. Unit Manager Job Requirements:

• Current license to practice nursing in Kentucky (or eligible to receive or renew).
• Current CPR or BLS certification.
• Preferred one year of experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting with patients aged 5-65yrs+.
• Responsible for the overall functioning of the patient care units
• Assigns appropriate numbers and mix of staff as guided by the staffing plan based on census and patient acuity.
• Responsible for directing and supervising staff in all clinical and administrative matters, ensuring that accreditation standards, practice standards, and policies and procedures are followed and maintained.
• Demonstrate the SPIRIT values in their words, actions, & behaviors at all times. Safety, Professionalism, Integrity, Respect, Inspiration, & Teamwork.
