Family Medicine Opportunity - New Practice in Yardley, PA

Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic Medical Group is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine physician to join our brand-new practice located in Yardley, Pennsylvania which opened in May 2025. Yardley is known for its scenic beauty and small-town charm! This is an extremely busy practice with a lot of pressure at the door for new patients! Easily build your own panel of patients. The selected candidate will join a traditional outpatient practice (no rounding, no nursing homes) caring for the adult population with concentration of preventative and episodic medicine. The other half of the practice is specialty services to include Cardiology, OB/Gyn and in the future Urology. Monday - Friday clinic hours; rotation of Saturdays from 8 - 1 (covering about 1 in 6 weeks) Medical and Administrative support 15-20 patients/day ACO clinical wraparound support services In-network specialist referral
