What You'll Be Doing: Handle daily work orders based on priority Make-Readies & Unit Turns Interior/Exterior Painting & Staining HVAC & Ventilation Tasks Grounds Maintenance Preventative Maintenance Keep work areas neat and organized Participate in 24/7 emergency on-call rotation

What You'll Need: 1+ years of general maintenance experience HVAC Certification (Preferred) EPA License (Preferred) CPO Certification (Preferred) Skilled in:

• Drywall, Carpentry, Painting
• Plumbing (copper pipe, etc.)
• Electrical (outlets, switches, lighting)
• Appliance Repair (fridge, stove, disposal, dishwasher)
• Water Heater (gas & electric)

A hands-on skill test will be required during the interview. You will be asked to complete a written skills maintenance test to help assess your skill level as part of the interview process.
