In this full-time, school-year role, you'll have a significant impact by serving approximately 60-70 students across three high school sites. The majority of your caseload will be at Mountain View High School, supporting students with a range of needs—from mild articulation disorders to severe disabilities, including those in adaptive cluster programs. Work closely with faculty, administration, and families, gaining exposure to diverse educational practices and collaborative leadership styles. Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current active standard certification is required
• SLP-CCC certification with school experience preferred
• Valid IVP fingerprint card (active status mandatory)
• Previous exposure to working with mild-severe disabilities, including ASD and articulation needs, is an asset

Responsibilities:

• Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and direct therapy for high school students with a variety of communication disorders
• Manage a caseload of 60-70 students across three sites
• Document student progress, participate in IEP meetings, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Develop individualized treatment plans and adjust interventions as needed
