Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, Case Manager to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care activities to ensure effective and efficient delivery of healthcare services.
• Perform case management and discharge planning for pediatric patients.
• Utilize Epic EMR system for accurate patient documentation and management.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans.
• Participate in continued stay reviews and medical necessity determinations using evidence-based guidelines.
• Float as needed within case management services to meet facility needs.

Qualifications

• Active Alaska RN license required.
• Minimum of 2 years of acute care hospital experience.
• Pediatric case management experience required.
• Proficiency in Epic EMR system required.
• ACM certification preferred, but not required.
• Weekend availability required to meet department needs.
