Our firm handles a wide range of family law matters, including: Divorce Child custody Parenting time Child support Paternity Protective orders CHINS/DCS matters Prenuptial agreements Relocation matters Contempt and modification issues Other complex family-related legal mattersThe ideal candidate should be comfortable working with clients who are facing sensitive and emotional legal issues. Family law requires compassion, confidence, organization, and the ability to advocate strongly while also guiding clients through difficult seasons of their lives. Compensation Compensation starts at $100,000 annually plus bonus opportunities . Salary may increase or decrease based on experience, qualifications, family law knowledge, courtroom experience, and litigation readiness. Responsibilities: • • Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, and support cases, ensuring their voices are heard and rights protected. • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to provide clients with informed, strategic advice tailored to their unique situations. • Prepare and draft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and agreements, with precision and attention to detail. • Advocate passionately for clients in court, presenting cases clearly and effectively to achieve favorable outcomes. • Collaborate with clients to develop case strategies, keeping them informed and involved every step of the way. • Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel, striving for resolutions that align with clients' best interests and goals. • Maintain organized case files and documentation, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accessible for team collaboration and client review.
