Listed is the base hiring salary range offered for this position. Actual salaries may vary depending on factors, including but not limited to skills and experience. The salary range listed is just one component of the total rewards/compensation package offered to candidates.

Min = $65,186.58

Mid = $81,483.23

Max = $97,779.87

Summary

The Cybersecurity Analyst provides technical expertise and advice on all areas of security technology, including: network security, platform security, authentication/authorization systems, application security, security architecture, policy enforcement, and security frameworks; works with appropriate personnel to create a practical, scalable, and secure model for enterprise applications, networks, and services; researches, evaluates, designs, tests, recommends, and plans implementation of new and/or improved information security.

Responsibilities

Develops technical documentation of systems; provides documentation for all operational processes including policies, procedures, routine maintenance, and disciplines.

Works with departmental and Information Systems staff to ensure that cyber security program operates accurately reliably and efficiently; ensures that the Cyber Security for Yuma Regional Medical Center operates optimally and within Best Practice guidelines.

Provides technical expertise and advice on all areas of security technology, including: network security, platform security, authentication/authorization systems, application security, security architecture, policy enforcement, and security frameworks.

Assists in developing and maintaining disaster recovery plans, processes, and procedures for critical security systems; researches, evaluates, designs, tests, recommends, and plans implementation of new and/or improved information security; develops and documents processes in order to update, expand or maintain a high level of support to Yuma Regional Medical Center.

Engages in efforts to contain costs and improve the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of services in areas of responsibility; assists in establishing section’s budget targets, holds self-accountable for compliance with annual budget plan; identifies program or service growth opportunities and methodologies to enhance savings.

Required

• 2+ years related experience
• Bachelors Degree
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) (must be obtained within 18 months of hire)
