Schedule
- Shift: 8-hour shift within 06:00-18:00
- Weekends: No

Requirements
- Active California LVN license (must be active at submission)
- CA IV certification (must be active at submission)
- BLS certification
- Phlebotomy / IV / blood-draw certification
- Minimum 2 years of outpatient clinic experience, including at least 1 year in an OB/GYN clinic
- Proven venipuncture / phlebotomy experience
- Experience with OB/GYN procedures: PAP, Colpo, LEEP, D&C, EMB, IUD insertions/removals, Nexplanon, NST

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform phlebotomy/venipuncture and start/maintain IVs.
- Assist with OB/GYN procedures including PAPs, colposcopy, LEEP, D&C, EMB.
- Conduct IUD insertions/removals and Nexplanon placement.
- Monitor patients through NST and assess vital signs.
- Provide medication reconciliation and telephone triage.
- Ensure proper specimen labeling and collection.

Compliance / Notes
- Two references required from within the past 12 months - supervisor or higher.
- Max RTO 7 days; no RTO within first 2 weeks of assignment.
- Pre-start modules required (billable up to 12 hours).
