Candidates must have a permanent address at least 50 miles away from the facility. Job Description We are seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to provide care in an outpatient, acute care, and long-term care settings. As a critical access hospital, our team plays a vital role in offering comprehensive rehabilitation services to our patients. Responsibilities Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans. Implement appropriate therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities. Document patient progress and communicate with interdisciplinary team members. Advise patients and families on injury prevention and rehabilitation. Coordinate care with other healthcare providers as needed. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure BLS certification. NBCOT certification. Active Alaska state license.
