Liquid Bin Filler (2nd Shift)

Job Summary Follows manufacturing instructions to produce finished goods safely, accurately, consistently and in a timely manner. Job Description Shift: Monday – Thursday (1p EST – 11:30p EST). Responsibilities include: Operate process control systems including PLCs, mass flow meters, pumps and scales. Fill, seal, label, stencil, palletize and wrap containers as prescribed in batch tickets, pick tickets and export order sheets. Maintain neat, thorough and correct completion of all batch related documentation. Maintain statistical process control (SPC) charts as directed. Provide accurate documentation of inventory movement. Load and unload raw materials and finished goods. Operate all types of forklifts and other related motorized vehicles safely and proficiently. Maintain a clean and organized work area and strictly adhere to all plant safety policies. Assist in training new employees, batch investigations and other special projects. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to follow instructions. Positive team‑oriented attitude. Work Environment/Physical Demands Work in a manufacturing environment; may be exposed to fumes, airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals; moving mechanical parts, electrical shock risk, trip and slip hazards; loud noise; may need to lift up to 50 pounds and move drums up to 500 pounds with mechanical equipment, stand for long periods, walk great distances, work in small spaces and high locations.
