Driller Assistants/Offsiders We are seeking experienced Driller Assistants/Offsiders or those looking to enter the industry for current and upcoming work with a tier one global client. Candidates must be self‑motivated and have a demonstrated history of working to strict safety and quality standards. On offer is a 2/1 FIFO roster from Perth with competitive shift and bonus rates, as well as industry‑leading on‑the‑job training. Roles are based in Western Australia. 2 weeks on/1 week off FIFO roster from Perth. Safety first: involvement in daily pre‑start equipment checks, general maintenance, completion of safety documentation and compliance with safe work practices. Qualifications Previous offsiding experience (desirable but not essential). Resident of WA (essential). Current Manual C Class driver's licence. National Police clearance (or ability to provide one). Ability to pass a comprehensive pre‑employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screen. Physical ability to lift 30 kg repetitively in a labour‑intensive role. Right to work in Australia. The role partners with operational leaders to manage EHS risk in the workplace, through implementation of EHS management systems and programs. Building a successful relationship with customers is crucial in delivering a strong EHS culture in the field.
