US Data Privacy Manager

Serving as the USA regional expert, the full-time remote US Data Privacy Manager will manage compliance with US privacy and AI laws, provide guidance to internal teams, and lead privacy initiatives while fostering a culture of responsible data stewardship across the organization. Key responsibilities Act as a trusted advisor on US privacy and AI laws, providing guidance and negotiating data protection positions with customers Lead and deliver end-to-end privacy and AI compliance initiatives, including assessments and risk identification Partner with various teams to embed Privacy and AI by Design into products and services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements Required qualifications Strong understanding of legal contracts and regulatory requirements related to data protection Experience in a complex organization, preferably within the same industry or similar Knowledge of state privacy obligations, biometric laws, GLBA, FCRA, and their application Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines Demonstrable quick learning ability to understand complex data protection requirements and technical solutions
