Build and configure new SQL Server 2022 instances tailored to organizational needs. Manage database backup, recovery, and storage processes to safeguard data integrity and availability. Monitor systems proactively, identify failures, and implement effective solutions to maintain system reliability. Support application teams by troubleshooting issues and optimizing database performance.What's Needed?5+ years of experience working with SQL Server environments. Hands-on experience with SQL Server 2016, 2019, and 2022, including upgrades and server builds. Proficiency with SQL Server Replication, SSIS, and SSRS. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a collaborative mindset.
