Job Overview:

Pay Range: $50.00hr - $55.00hr

Requirement/Must Have:

7+ years of experience in Java application development.
Strong expertise in designing and developing enterprise-grade applications using Java technologies.
Proven experience building cloud-ready, distributed systems and microservices.
Strong understanding of Java fundamentals, OOP concepts, Collections, Multithreading, Concurrency, Exception Handling, JVM, and Performance Tuning.
Experience with Java 8+ features including Streams, Lambda Expressions, and Functional Programming.
Hands-on expertise with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA/Hibernate, Spring Security, and Spring Cloud.
Experience in design and development of Microservices-based architectures.
Experience with REST API design and implementation.
Knowledge of service communication patterns, resiliency, fault tolerance, and distributed system concepts.
Strong experience with relational databases such as Oracle and SQL Server.
Expertise in SQL, schema design, query optimization, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, and SonarQube.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable applications using Core Java and Spring Boot Microservices.
Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with internal and external systems.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Participate in architecture, design reviews, and code reviews.
Troubleshoot performance, scalability, and production issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Architects, DevOps, and QA teams.
Follow Agile development methodologies and engineering best practices.
Contribute to CI/CD implementation and application modernization initiatives.

Nice to Have:

Experience with Azure Cloud technologies.
Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with messaging technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Azure Service Bus.
Exposure to API Gateway and event-driven architectures.
Experience with containerization and orchestration platforms.
Knowledge of security best practices and OAuth/JWT authentication.
