Mortgage Call Center QA Analyst
Virginia Housing Development Authority
Virginia Housing Development Authority is seeking a Call Center Quality Analyst to help monitor call quality across five Contact Centers. You will perform quality analysis on calls related to Homeownership Loan Servicing, ensuring all monitoring results are unbiased and accurately presented. The ideal candidate should have a High School Diploma, at least 3 years of mortgage servicing experience, and strong analytical skills.
