Pure Beauty Salon & Spa is seeking an experienced, licensed hairstylist to join our growing team. We are looking for a motivated professional with excellent customer service skills, a passion for the beauty industry, and ideally an existing clientele. Candidates who are actively building their clientele and eager to grow with an established salon are encouraged to apply.

Our ideal candidate is skilled in cutting, coloring, blonding, balayage, and styling, and thrives in a positive, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hair services and client experiences
• Perform consultations and recommend appropriate services and products
• Build and maintain a loyal clientele through excellent customer service
• Stay current with industry trends and continuing education
• Assist in promoting services and maintaining a professional social media presence
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture
• Maintain cleanliness and uphold salon standards

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Cosmetology License
• Minimum 3 years of salon experience preferred
• Experience with color, highlights, balayage, and cutting
• Existing clientele preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional, reliable, and self-motivated
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for continued growth and education
