HVAC Commercial Service Technician

We are currently seeking a qualified, experienced HVAC technician to join our fast-growing HVAC service team in La Porte Texas and surrounding area. RESPONSIBILITIES Performs HVAC related controls installation activities, start-up, commissioning and trouble-shooting for newly installed systems and components and ensures automation system is properly installed and operating correctly. Candidate spends vast majority of time in the field performing these duties. Attend training, support other team members and the culture at Way Service, and depending upon experience, mentor junior technicians. Redeems customer commitments in a professional, high quality and timely manner. Responsible for complete customer satisfaction.
