Warehouse Associate

As a Warehouse Associate you will support daily warehouse operations to ensure merchandise is accurately received, processed, stored, and shipped to retail stores and customers. This role requires strong attention to detail, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Receiving & Processing

• Unload shipments and verify quantities and item accuracy.
• Inspect product for damage and report discrepancies.
• Prepare and process incoming inventory into the warehouse management system.

Picking, Packing & Shipping

• Accurately pick merchandise based on store or customer orders.
• Pack, label, and prepare outbound shipments according to company standards.
• Ensure orders are shipped on time and meet quality expectations.

Inventory Management

• Maintain organized stock locations and ensure proper product rotation.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with full inventory audits.
• Help maintain stock accuracy within warehouse systems.

Warehouse Operations

• Follow all safety policies and report hazards or equipment issues.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with standards.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift 2550 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to work as part of a team and meet daily productivity goals.
